Is cabin fever starting to set in? We have the cure!
Typically, we do not have Open Houses in February due to the potential for snow & ice, however, this home is simply beautiful & we could not pass on the
opportunity to show it off.
We are praying for sunshine, yet regardless of the weather this Sunday, Dean & I will be at 13912 Nickel Plate Rd, Logan, Ohio 43138. So, if you are one of
those hearty souls willing to brave the elements, we invite you to experience this customer’s new home.
Directions: Follow US 33 to Logan, Ohio. Exit Rt. 93 South and follow Rt. 93 for just 1/8th mile and turn Left on Walhounding Avenue (1st paved left after
exiting Rt. 33). Follow Walhounding ½ mile to the top of the hill where Walhounding becomes Nickel Plate. Then is a few hundred feet turn left into the 1st
driveway (large yellow ranch on top of hill).
Note: The driveway is steep, & should we have snow, we will me shuttling clients in our 4 x 4 Crew Cabs from Mae Avenue. Mae will be the last paved Left
before you get to the Open House & also the 1st Left after you pass the driveway. If the driveway is snow covered or icy, simply drive past the house, turn
Left onto Mae Avenue & follow it around to Walhounding. Park there & watch for a Red or Blue pickup with 1st Choice Homes logos.
