Just to let you know we are settled in our new home and love it!!!! It feels like a mansion coming from our apartment. A lot of friends and family
have been by and are extremely impressed.
Also, I believe you have been talking with a couple from the Waverly area regarding the Rocky Fork. I referred him to you. He plans to come look
at our house soon.

Dear Wade, (Dean and Stephanie),
Making a decision to have a house built is quite a major one. After more than a year “thinking” about it, we made contact with you and your
company. Right away we noticed that you seemed to be a person of integrity and honesty. Those are the ingredients that will take you farther than
anything else you may possess. Yes there are other traits that can make someone a good business person, but in my opinion, honesty is at the top.
Anyway, Dave and I tried to be thorough in our search. We feel we were. We wanted to have a new ranch style home built. One that would meet
our needs. The two key words in those sentences is “wanted” and “ needs”. Based on those two words we chose 1st Choice Homes. We felt that 1st
Choice was the place that “wanted” to meet our “needs”. After spending time with you, Dean and Stephanie; we felt more certain that now is the
time.
Do we have any negatives to share with you? Maybe just a suggestion or two, but nothing that would be earth shattering.
Now, to end this, let me say that we wish you each individually nothing but the best in health and happiness. May you and your families enjoy a
blessed Christmas season for what it truly is. May your business flourish in the coming year, and know that honesty and integrity will always take
you further. It’s the qualities you all possess, and it is our hope that you will succeed in a very special way.

Hi Stephanie,
I can't tell you how much we appreciate every thing you, Wade, and Dean have done. You all have made this experience very nice for our family.
My girls were about in tears today when I told them we were ready to move in. I work in a mortgage industry and deal with construction loans. I
have many people tell me horror stories of their experiences with their builder. I am very happy to say that I couldn't have asked for better
people to deal with throughout the process. Stephanie was awesome, I could email her at anytime and she always got me an answer. Building a
home for the first time is a very scary process but Wade, Dean and Stephanie made it a dream come true.”

Stephanie, Dean and Wade,
I wanted to take the time to write you and let you know how incredibly pleased we are with our new home. We have been in it since July 21, 2006
and the last 3 months have been a whirlwind of moving, decorating and just getting the feel of our new home We love it!
The quick construction, coupled with the great contractors we were lucky to work with made the building process smooth. I am still impressed with
the speed of which you built our beautiful home and the quality that makes it a dream come true.
I plan to send you pictures as soon as I get things, “just right.”
Once again, I want to thank you for all the hard work that you did getting us into our new home so quickly.
Stephanie, you were always so calm and friendly. Thanks for getting me through this process! Dean, you are the best and we will never build
another house without your input! Wade, you are a great salesman and 1st Choice Homes will go far . . .I know it! Good luck to all of you . . .
